EDITH SAVANHU

Edith is a design structural engineer with 10 years’ experience in structural engineering design, construction
monitoring and investigation of building structures of reinforced concrete and structural steelwork. She is well
versed in the design of commercial, residential, institutional and industrial structures; participating in the process
within multi-disciplinary professional team including architects; construction and quality monitoring and
inspections; and in the review of drawings and technical information. She has worked on projects in countries such
as Zimbabwe, Ireland, United Kingdom and South Africa. Edith holds a BSc (Hons) degree in Civil Engineering from
the University of Zimbabwe. She is also registered as a candidate engineer with the Engineering Council of South
Africa (ECSA) and an associate member of the South African Institution of Civil Engineering (SAICE).
